I am getting ready to make a pirate cake for my child's birthday, and I got this to use as a cake topper. It is perfect! I wasn't expecting it to be as shiny as it is. I tried to capture how awesome it looks in the pictures, but it honestly just looks better in person. It is really cute. You do have to assemble it yourself, but all that entails is sticking it to a long toothpick, and it comes with the stick and two glue dots. So you have everything you need to assemble it. It is sturdy and will definitely be able to be reused. Maybe not the toothpick, but you'll be able to reuse the cake topper if you want to. I love this pirate-themed cake topper, and I would recommend it.

Cute and good size for a pirate birthday cake I will be doing soon. Design looked good and not wonky or out of proportion. The glitter doesn't come off too much which is a bonus cause no one wants non-edible glitter on their cake. Overall, recommended for simple pirate cakes or even some that may be a little more elaborate.
