This was smaller than I expected, but works just fine. I had cervical spine surgery and will always want support under my neck. I sleep on my back and both sides during the night, this is comfortable in all positions. It provides just enough cervical support. But the big thing I like is the depression in the center that cradles my head. That allows me to take a nap without having to remove hearing aids, without putting pressure on my ear. Construction seems fine, I haven't had to wash it yet, it comes with a removable case but I put the whole thing in one of my own pillowcases.

I don’t often write reviews but this product was so very wonderful I had to do it. I have so many issues with my neck/back it’s pretty constant pain. Botched spine surgery and diagnosis of MS with lesions on spine and brain. Tried many things to ease pain but finally gave this last ditch effort on a pillow. Didn’t have high expectations. Honestly WOW- really really relieved so much discomfort and pain in m cervical spine area. I’m a side and stomach sleeper and this just helped me phenomenally! I honestly will not sleep a night without it. Sooo grateful I took a chance on this. Excellent product!

Update: So pillow is ok. Gets really soft after a few uses. Taking one star off for that and one star for customer service. There is not any. They don’t answer so I’m gonna return this one and order a different kind. This is a really nice cervical pillow. It has good support and I like that it is softer than other ones I have tried that although they were more supportive they were just too hard for my liking, the memory foam is perfect for me I did not notice a smell with this pillow like I did some others I’ve tried. This one does not have high wings (sides) which I actually prefer. It is lightweight and each side has a different level of support for your neck. All in all I would say it’s my favorite pillow I’ve tried and I think I have now tried 5. If you are looking for a pillow that does not allow any head movement this is not that pillow but that’s why I like it the best

I bought the standard size. It doesn’t look fluffy like the pics and it’s kind of flat. It’s only 4.5” high. I’ll be buying more for my family. I have been having off and on neck pain for over a year. Tossing and turning all night made me constantly tired. I’m in my 50s - so yeah age is catching up to me. I woke up with no pain in my neck and slept almost all night. I finally feel rested. I always preferred flat pillows or no pillows at all. I can’t believe how much this fixed my neck pain. There’s no “cooling effect”. Idk where someone read that. Not a feature I was looking for anyway. I wasn’t overheated. It fits fine in a pillowcase. I bought standard size pillow.

I’ve been searching for a pillow to ease my neck aches for a long time and was very excited when I saw this and read the reviews. While the design of the pillow is great, it is very soft and not very tall, so if you have wide shoulders at all, your head will sink down too low.

This pillow is the most comfortable of all the special cervical pillow I have tried. It's good for reading in my armchair as well. I am a back sleeper - it would work for side sleepers too but maybe not face-down sleepers . It supports my neck just the right amount when I sleep on my back or side. It's hard to find a pillowcase to fit though.
