I wanted to be able to record my band's live performances directly from our mixer onto our digital recorder, but I needed to take the stereo outs (1/4" TS x2) and put it into the Line In on the recorder (1/8" TRS). I thought about getting some adapters and trying to piece together something that would work, but then I found this little gizmo that solved my problem. This this is easy to use, easy to store and works perfectly. I plan on getting another just so I have a spare in case someone steals this one.

I use these with a Korg mini Kaoss pad. They work well. Wish they were shorter.

Great cable. Well built and does exactly what I need it to do.

I like that it is a cable that hooks up to an AV reciever and adapts from the other end. Gold(?) plated. My ears will not discern. Cumulatively, for a home recording studio application plugged into a stereo and monitoring to pair of Bose speakers, there is an audio delay somewhere, but far more likely due to processor in my PC and all the other connections. I’m going to not test this run first, because how will I upgrade the speed if it’s a problem. (Can’t use shorter cord in current setup, so might as well buy this if you need one.

I used this for my FX Audio DAC-X6 to my modded ATH AD700x. Sounds quality is perfect. no more messing around with 1/4 to 1/8 adapters. cable has plenty of insulation which brings me to the only negative is it feels a little stiff to me but defiantly not unusable by any means.

It was very sterdy when i bought it and it works very good!
