Very good
Easy to setup and use. Fans work very well and you will hardly hear them at all even on max power. Looks cool. Very sturdy and holds my ps5 slim in place. Charging works great and charges fairly quick too. Definitely worth the price

I have a ps5 slim and occasionally it gets too hot, after purchasing this, it runs just fine. No issues

I had an issue (turned out to be my usb block)
The dock stopped working after 5 months of ownership, so I messaged the seller for the warranty they provide. They responded within 2 days to offer a code to order a replacement, only for me to realize that my USB hub was the problem. I changed the USB plug I’ve had for a while and it worked perfectly. Moral is, I didn’t properly diagnose the issue, but the seller was ready to send a replacement. 10/10 would recommend for gamers who run through two batteries gaming.

Great product FOR THE PRICE. Sits just ever so slightly CROOKED.
Easy set up. Controller chargers work great. Sticker that identifies power button and indicator lights won't stick to unit. You need to slowly ease the games into the slots. I dont know if it stretches the plastic out or not but it broke the first game box I shoved into it. The LEDs on the unit are VERY BRIGHT. Good for my situation but maybe not for yours. I'm using the disc version of the ps5 SLIM and when screwed into the stand, it's just slightly crooked. Doesn't bother anyone else in my family but I notice it constantly. I'm also a little bit crazy.

Don't bother, stops working to soon
Crap, stopped working at the 7 month mark. I was hoping to get 1 to 1.5 yrs out of it. Nope, price wasn't cheap either.

Works well. It's kind of a pain to put the controllers on the charger. It would be way better if they made it turn off and on with PS5
