I bought another brand of these and the adhesive was so strong that when I peeled it off the backing, the plastic would get stretched and consequently would curl quite a bit making it harder to put over my mouth. But this one is just right and very easy to use. My wife likes it that my snoring days are 99% over.

Perhaps these work on very little people but not on me. They are too small. I used two and probably need more but even then I think they would leak as these do at night. They are supposed to keep your mouth sealed so air does not escape. That doesn't happen. They "leak" thus minimizing effectiveness. They are also a pain to peel off. If you are visually impaired, they are even hard to see on the almost-matching clear base strip. So far, tape works best for me, but I'd like to find something a bit more skin friendly. I supposed these are but they just don't work and I wind up waking up at night blowing air all over the place.

If you are a mouth breather, these are essential. The research coming out about the negative side effects of mouth breathing made me look for natural and simple ways to combat it. These mouth tapes are secure enough to hold my mouth closed through the night and can be re-placed a couple times before losing stickiness. My only criticism is I WISH the company used white or colored backing paper instead of clear because you can't see these if you were to pull one out and place by your bed. Other than inconvenience, these are great.

These do NOT work- they are not sticky and fall off immediately! Plus, they left my skin irritated and itchy after about 15 minutes of wear.You also can’t return this product because it falls under one of the weird “ineligible return” categories- so don’t make my mistake and do NOT give this company your money!I had to order an alternate product to replace this one because it absolutely does not work.

Easy to use. Love using these at night.

Doesn’t stick. Not worth the money

These are amazing. I have been a mouth breather my whole life which has made me a night time snorer. I was worried about trying these because I can’t breathe the best out of my nose — I didn’t know if I’d have trouble breathing or if this was really safe to do. What I realized is that because these are vertical strips, not horizontal, there is still room to breathe at the very edges of your mouth if you need to. As soon as I put it on I realized I felt much safer wearing it than I thought I would. My partner said they didn’t hear me breathing loudly or snoring once throughout the night. I am so pumped to keep using these!!!

I’ve tried many brands of this product and this is the only one completely unusable. Horrible smell, bad adhesive, bad quality all around. Can’t return so having to throw away the whole box.
