Real Relax 2025 Massage Chair of Dual-core S Track, Full Body Massage Recliner of Zero Gravity with APP Control, Black and Gray

I purchased this chair about 11 months prior to writing this review. I have thoroughly enjoyed it and use it when I'm having aches. A few months ago I had an unfortunate incident where a pet went under the chair and chewed some tubes making the air bags not work (yet all the massage features still did) I reached out to real relax and asked if I could receive some replacements. The response took a few days, but once they received it and replied, they were great. I sent some pictures of what I was asking for, and it one of the picture they notices something else that had been damaged and asked if I wanted that part too. Great service, only took about a week and a half to receive after. I'm very pleased with the chair, the quality, the features, and customer service I received.

It wasn’t anything wrong with the chair itself, but I’m about 6 foot and the massage rollers didn’t go all the way up to my neck.Also be careful when removing from the packaging. if you pull from the back of the chair, it might unhook the top portion of the chair from the base part if the chair and will be impossible to get it back on.Lastly, it’s not a sitting chair to relax and watch TV. It’s just not that comfortable. so I was gonna use it as a second recliner just for Massage purposes only

Have had this for 3 days so far and love it. Arrived fairly quickly and was very easy to assemble. The control panel is easy to read/figure out. Many options allow for 3 very different body sizes to feel maximum effects where needed/wanted. Ended up removing the head cushion for a deeper neck massage, and the adjustable up/down foot rest helps for taller individuals. Overall, this does a great job in all areas. The airbags have good pressure but I have been in chairs that have more squeeze on the calves and arms; this provides more gentle pressure than an actual squeeze. 3 people in household have used it every day since it arrived and we all love it. We read a ton of reviews before purchasing this one. It seemed the most favored for the price range we were looking at, and I agree with the high reviews for this product. Very happy with the purchase and the price, and thankful for the reviews that helped make the decision for this massage chair. Misleading advertising as a S-Track massage chair because it is not an S-track! I found it very strange that when I sat in this chair it really pushed hard on the lower back and eased up pressure in the middle, and never reached the top of my back, the massager stops about 1" above the bottom of my shoulder blades, I am 5'10" 155lbs. I started looking around and found out I can simply unzip a cover and see inside of the chair. No actual dis-assembly required. Which made me curious if there was any mechanical adjustments I could make to improve the function of the chair. I was quite disappointed to see a simple linear motion carriage, that explains why the pressure is not constant on your back. and the 2 lower back "punchers" are far too aggressive with placement and travel distance. I dont have much cushion "fat" and it will almost bruise you around the tail bone area, and the carriage does NOT go up high enough to do anything with upper back or shoulders. The shoulder and hip airbags do not have enough travel or movement to do anything on me, the leg and arm air bags are great tho! The android store does NOT have a RealRelax app in it so you cannot control it with bluetooth. There is a couple bluetooth speakers located behind the chair near the floor and those work, not good quality, it is a completely separate bluetooth connection than the controller. Dont get me wrong the chair still feels good, but it could be SOOO much better and the advertisement is very misleading.

This item is so Phenomenal that I have purchased one for myself, one for a Brother, and will be purchasing another for a Friend. I use this chair and disconnect from the world once a day; lights off, meditation music on. Perfect price and I added the Amazon 2 year additional warranty. The black with a touch of gold and blue led side lighting is Remarkable. More importantly their customer service team is amazing, fast response, and will solve any issue or questions that you may have. This is the most expensive Amazon purchase I e ever made, but I really think this one is worth it, 15 minutes by default (can increase or decrease the time) of just steady relaxation. The setup process was also really easy, moving the big box was the hardest part. I set it up myself from opening the box to using it in about 15 minutes alone, another person would have made this so much easier. Highly recommend.

This massage chair has truly enhanced my relaxation time. The lower half delivers superb foot and calf massages, truly rejuvenating after a long day. Yet, I found the upper portion a tad short, leading to some discomfort for taller individuals as the head tends to lean back, causing neck strain rather than relaxation. Additionally, while the calf airbags provide a decent massage, they could benefit from more pressure and precision. Despite these minor drawbacks, this chair remains a valuable asset to my relaxation routine.

The chair is fairly easy to put together. I’ve had it for about 7 months. I’m 5’8 210lbs and this chair does a decent job on massaging my back and feet. The neck, arm and leg massaging isn't that good for me. I use it for 20-30mins everyday. It took me a while to find settings that I like. I’d give it a better review if it didn’t start squeaking after a few months. It gets pretty loud which gets annoying and it’s not easy to grease all the internal moving parts without taking it apart.
