Good product
The mini split came boxes damaged which we managed ok product seemed ok. Installer had pieces missing for setup which we needed to go get to complete the install. But once installed mini split works good. But would of been nice if all materials were included to do install

needs fine tuning on installation instructions
Arrived with fittings that do not go with this unit. I had to source these fittings from a local supplier. the directions are excellent on some parts and vague on others. the wiring is not color coded as one would expect since the inside and outside unit connections are color coded.
