I do feel these bands are made with quality materials, however I do feel as though they’ve got to be stretched past the threshold I’ve been accustomed to. They seem like they’d be made for someone 7 foot or taller or perhaps solely for attachment to a door. That being said, it is a really nice kit and I like all the attachments that come with it.
