Some sprays say texture tease. What does the “tease” mean?

Texture tease usually means it will help to add volume and create a messy or tousled look without the stiffness of a gel.

Is this product sticky? Another Garnier leave-in spray that I tried for volume is very tacky and sticks to everything.

I don't know about the alcohol, but I like the smell and it makes your hair feel thicker,I use it. And my older son uses it
