These are like liquid in a chewable outer round capsule. You bite it and the liquid bursts in your mouth. My pickier kid didn’t like them but my kid who eats anything will take them. You definitely get the fishy after taste. I’ve had better omega kids supplements like the lil critters gummies. When I bought a bottle it was like $5 but the price varies and it’s definitely not worth the $30 something it has been listed at too.
