MEETSUN Review: Shockingly good value for the money, and just shockingly good value period! - I bought a pair of these May 2024 after trying and having to return many other brands to this website because they admitted too much light or were too cheaply made. If you have mild photo-phobia the % of light transmitted is essential yet virtually none of the ads contain this crucial information. Even when the "category" is given this does not help much because Category 3 admits from 8% to 18%, a factor of 2.25 from lightest to darkest. I had a supply of "Fat-Wrap" Category 3 sunglasses that were virtually indestructible but not immune from loss--that were darker than the MEET-SUN, but the MEET-SUN were dark enough, especially if I wore a hat. After a year of use these sunglasses looked like new. The hinges were still holding the earpieces crisply and the plastic frames had not broken or decayed or spontaneously shattered as some of the Made in Ch*na brands are designed to do. I got mine at a sale price of about two for $10 and was so impressed with them that I bought two more two-packs as an investment against future losses or decay. I could do without the polarization--it makes an odd pattern when it interacts with my polarized car rear window--but it is not a major issue. They look at good as they did when first taken from the box. Review: Perfect! - These could pass as high end sunglasses! They are perfect and hug my head very well. I'm going to stop buying Ray-Bans and start buying these instead.

Love the sturdy matte black frame. Surprisingly lightweight when wearing.
I really like these. I'm a big fan of the classic wayfarer style and own a couple pairs of Ray bans but I'm always afraid I'll lose or break them. Plus they are so heavy they make my nose hurt after wearing them for a short time. These have a sturdy matte black frame that I love. It doesn't feel flimsy or fragile. And surprisingly, doesnt feel heavy on my face either. I def experience some glare depending on my surroundings but that's to be expected for this price point. I realize that these arent polarized lenses like their expensive counterparts-hence the glare & difference in price. Nevertheless, I do like them very much & would recommend. They also come with a microfiber pouch, cloth and a cool tiny screwdriver keychain that can be used to tighten up those little screws on the frame hinges. I hope my humble opinion helps you in some way. Thank you for reading.
