FolkArt Floating Medium (2-Ounce), 868, Yellow

I bought this to use in “one-stroke” painting and now I use it for all kinds of painting. A tiny amount makes paint glide. Very helpful when painting over layers of dry paint or on rough surfaces. It makes the pigment thinner, but not in the same way as water—and if you use just a touch (literally, one drop on your palette and touch just the tip of your brush to it) it makes the paint slippery, so the edges of each stroke are even instead of fading intothe texture of the canvas. Also good for rejuvenating older, thick pigments. Worth having in your paintbox!

The first bottle leaked and this was the replacement and it shipped very quickly.

This is the best floating medium I've ever used. Paint will glide easily and doesn't delude paint colors. It doesn't take much on your brush to go a long way. So this bottle will last a while. Thumbs Ups!Watch Donna Dewberry for details on how to use.

Received (2) bottles of Folkart floating medium. Just what I wanted, but both bottles were only half full.

Donna Dewberry's show on PBS got me using this many, many moons ago. It is really cool how it keeps colors just separated and new paint doesn't muddy into the old paint on a project before it's dry. Makes quick craft jobs so much easier.

todavía no lo e probado, es una especie de aceite que se supone que hace que la pintura acrílica aguante mas sin secarse, ya veremos el resultado, el porque de 2 estrellas es porque tardo casi 3 meses desde que lo pedí.
