Nice book for teens
We’re going to try the exercise plans and health tips , They seem well explained and there’s pictures too. My son enjoyed reading it when it arrived and I did too.

I bought this for my son who is starting out in his weightlifting journey. It’s is a great guide and he likes that it includes pictures to help understand the moves.

Cohesive, comprehensive, and personal
If you’re tired of all the noise that most “get fit quick” programs produce, then this book is for you. It’s organized and clear to read, and provides science-based data as well with testimonial advice from experienced lifters to understand what your body needs to be healthy and fit. This book explains the habits that one needs to be comfortable in their body, and provides a lasting mindset that positively and healthily alters the way one views lifting, exercise, and diet. As someone who has benefited from the information this author provides, I highly recommend.

Not good
The media could not be loaded. Wish I saved my money. Where's my refund, I already told Amazon it came damaged and wasn't worth the money anyway.
