I recently purchased this chair and have been using it for a few weeks now. What stands out the most is the level of comfort it provides - the padding is generous, making it ideal for long hours of work or study. However, I did notice that the armrests could use a bit more cushioning for added comfort.Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. Was excited to get a new chair and was disappointed at the lack of comfort. What's worse is that it began to fall apart almost immediately. It began to sink, refusing to stay up while seated. One of the armrests broke at the seat connection, so for symmetry's sake I had to remove the other. The cushion of the seat is virtually non-existent, had to get additional seat padding. Chair makes a LOT of noise whenever adjustments are made (ie. reclining, sitting up, or pulling out "foot rest"). Screws (or bolts or fasteners or whatever) that connect the back of the chair keep coming loose, needing re-tightening about every 2 weeks. Cannot recommend. Saving up for a reliable name brand chair next time.

The shock seems to home the weight of a 270lb man faily well but every time I sit the back of the chair makes a popping noise. The padding in the cushion is not that good and the arm rests feel like they're going to snap off if I put to much weight on them. Overall considering the price I do think this chair is a good buy if you're not looking to spend $500+ on a chair.

First off - the person packaging the screws is obviously the character of chaos at his local dnd meetup, because the screws + the labels = not the same. Once I figured that out it was smooth sailing to get this chair into one piece. Love the lumbar support and head pillow. Don’t trust the foot rest - I’m renaming it “snack tray”. Decent buy. It will get me through many late night dungeons and raids.

The media could not be loaded. I will preface this by saying I am very good at building furniture from protocols, but this chair was much easier to assemble than I thought. The instructions were very clear with images and numerically identified hardware. The only step that took me a minute to figure out was the leg rest. It needs to be inserted is a specific orientation, I think it would be better if they labeled the rods with an A and a B and drew a diagram of which goes in the left or right hole. Also, the black ring goes on after the rod is inserted.I was able to carry the box upstairs on my own (5’7” female) so it was not that heavy, but as the chair is assembled it is very sturdy. You don’t need any other equipment to assemble it, everything comes in the box.As for the chair itself, I purchased it for my 6yo to use in his loft bed desk. It is set at the lowest height, but both him and I can fit in it and work at the desk which is child height. He is also able to recline it all the wat back on his own. The recline can go very far down!All in all I am very happy with this purchase and it will likely last him through high school!

I recently upgraded my game chair to this, set up was quick and did not take much time with the instructions. The padded seat is firm tYet not too hard on the bum, the back lower support is great when playing longer times. I like the style and colour.

I'm 5 foot 10 so I'm not tall but not short either. I have never had a problem with how my legs hand or rest over a chairs seat before. This seat is so deep, you'd have to be at least 6 feet tall to be able to sit back in it fully and have the back of your knees at the proper place. But that's just the start. The back is narrow (and I'm a pretty thin guy at 160lbs) , if you're using headphones you can not turn your head without the sides of the headrest pushing on your headphones. The armrests are to low and not comfortable, the wheels barely roll, I can't say anything positive about this chair for a desk chair.However... if a person were to use this chair say in front of a TV to game on a console , and used the foot rest the entire time I could see it maybe being functional in that specific setting.It's like the back is made for a kid, but the seat is made for someone with at least a 34" inseam.Finally while I was able to figure out how to put it together, the bolts and instructions are misleading, mislabeled, and unclear.
