I have bought the sterile water for a breathing machine that I have to use

Sterile water is exactly what it says but poor design of the lid.
The sterile water is excellent for helping to dissolve my medication that I have to push through my Jejunostomy. I also use it for replacing my balloon water on both my Jejunostomy and PEG. You open it by twisting the top and it snaps open. The top of the bottle sits within the blue lid. Unfortunately this is not water tight once opened. I accidentally knocked it over and it spilt everywhere. I highly recommend leaving it standing. I use mine all the time but if you don't you might want to secure the lid somehow. I did not want to transfer to an alternative bottle.
