Didn’t work in my tank.... still cloudy and looks like little particles floating around.. why???? Not a new tank, it’s established.

It’s a polymer. It will bind particles together so your filter can catch them. Might need to get a smaller micron filter sock and/or a protein skimmer. Your filter probably isn’t turning over your tank fast enough.

How is this product different from Seachem Pristine?

Stability, Clarity and Pristine are all different combinations of bacteria that perfom different function in your aquarium. I routinely (once a month) dose with all three to keep my biofilter in optimal condition.

Can this condition the water to make safe

No, you would need Seachem Prime or stress coat for water conditioning.

Safe for scaleless fish such as green spotted puffers?

I have used this product for 15 years and I have NEVER lost a saltwater fish and I have had Various breeds of clownfish,All Invertibrates,Clown Triggerfish,bamboo sharks and many more.Just to let you in my experience do NOT use too much at a time Don't get freaked if it clouds up your tank within the first 5-10 minutes,it is just doing its job wait a day or two then use a second dose until the tank is clear.Then my recommend product is prime and especially the product Vibrant which is a lifesaver and love and trust it more than any product I have used.It is around $30-$35.00 and definately worth the money because I only use it 1 time weekly.Hope this was helpful
