Got this one because of its tuning. There are others that deliver more bass, which is what most common people prefer. This one is more balanced, not too bassy and not too treble, which is why this one got my vote. There is an app for it as well, which is really handy and you can control the speaker with it, like turning it off and changing to different sound profiles. The battery backup is between good and great and not amazing, which is fine, I think. Overall, I don't think there is any other speaker for me that will do a better job for the sound it provides at it's price range.

15 days of experience: im very particular/moody abt bass n mid & highs. I was to buy tribit stormbox as soundcore neo was not availablefor months.. i Dont care if they lack 10% in over all performance. However, in case of boom L , they have been tuned perfectly to give good bass (in in low volumes, u wud not regret) n perfecy vocal sound too. One thing to highlight is that normally su h speakers spread their sound in one direction and buys prefer 360 sound. This speaker impressed me as its sound filled the rooms wth bass and sound that can be heard from another room, tht too with good quality. It lacks auto shut features which is required especially when u have been given decent but not extra battery backup. If you ud like it to use for party with 15 to 20 people in a room then one speaker will hive you good output(just keep it to ear level so sound spreads well in room).. other wise to have bombastic sound buy another one which will surely give you surround and stereo sound . I m happy to get one but disappointed to see rates going up in past 15 days twotimes which prevented me to buy another. I think it iverall performance credits goes to tuning technology that keeps bass and vocals in balance throughout the sound level. 👌🏻 this is best n cheap competition to jbl n soundcore anker speakers and portable enogh ti carry anywhere without worry of damage by water n dust. You will surely love show off these spkrs to ur frnds n family. So go ahead n buy them to test first as company claims to accept spkr back unconditionally in a month if u dont like. So take test it. But wait untill this product come back to 5000 range again.

Overall great package. Directly competing with the Tribit and JBL flip 6. Good Build Quality. I did not expect the sound quality of this product will be this good. Very Premium sounding speaker. Goes very loud. But the only issue is when you ramp up the volume to it’s Max (100%), the bass becomes thin, the trebles and the mids kick in. But there is no distortion at all at any volume, even at 100%. It would have been nice, if there is App support for this speaker. Very happy with this purchase. Had to exchange the product because I received a damaged and defective piece. The battery life is also satisfactory. Can play upto 12 hours at 80% volume. The sound is crystal clear, crisp and sharp. Enjoying alot. Updating the Review after 3 months of usage. Had to replace the Product because of receiving a damaged product and firmware couldn’t be updated. After the exchange, I could update the firmware to Oluv’s Tuning. I recommend every one to use the Oluv’s tuning. The stock tuning is not good. But the increase of volume levels in stock tuning is very good. The overall Loudness, Bass, Treble balance is good in Oluv’s tuning. Oluv is an Audio Producer who has great emphasis on sound and audio products. Review after 1 Year and 3 months. On 06-02-2026 Now the Speaker got app support. You can change customise the sound with the EQ. Still sounds good. Good battery life. I really love the speaker. Very clear mids and crisp highs. Bass is really good. But if you increase the sound to 80% and more then it becomes treble heavy but still sounds good but a little less Bass.

Sounds way better compared to it's price point. The speaker has a balanced sound profile with right amount of bass. Loud enough with default EQ settings. For a 150 sq.ft. room you won't feel the need to push the volume beyond 30% for normal listening. Switching to Oluv's drops volume significantly. Personally I felt the default EQs sound better. Bluetooth connectivity is smooth. Great built quality. It has premium look and feel.

Don't expect much with bass. But with sound clarity and quality in richness is superb. Connectivity is great. Battery is ok , i should have been better definitely.

The Earfun UBOOM L is great sounding speaker with a good balance of audio tuning. The speaker is loud and gets louder in outdoor mode but it tends to lose bass on higher volume. The outdoor mode increases the highs too much and sounds too sharp. The battery backup is decent and it is a very well constructed and portable speaker with IP67 water and dust resistance. The problem with this speaker is that it does not come with multipoint connect and app support which is very common on other speakers in the same segment. Overall, it is a good sounding speaker but with less bass and missing important features.

After 7 days of research in reddit, YouTube I finally ordered this. My other choices were: 1) Jbl flip 6 (at 7.5k) 2) Tribit stormbox 2 (6k) 3) This (5k) In all YouTube comparisons video this sounded better than jbl flip 6(smoother treble) and way better than tribit despite being low price. Also reddit were full of positive reviews of this speaker. After ordering I was truly impressed. -The bass and sound stage is separate. -Vocals and other instruments aren't overpowered by bass. -Treble is quite smooth. -Sound is quite loud. Has an app. download it. People will tell to use oluvs eq. But I liked the "More treble 3" eq setting.

Not as loud 🔊 at this price range , sound quality is good 👍👍 no distortion at high volume
