I used to use these before bed to support sleep, however I have started taking these around midday/ morning time- really helped my concentration and focus.

Fair product at a reasonable price. I am left with the feeling that I should have imported the herb in its original state from India instead . Will ask one of the Indian doctors at work instead.

These tablets are great. They are easy to swallow. I felt their effects almost immediately. I feel I have more energy and I take them along with diet to lower my cholesterol. I recommend them. I think they are reasonably priced.

Do what they say but very big tablets

I am writing this review in case there is a (peri)menopausal woman out there wondering whether to try this or not. I'd say, try it. It has helped me. I still get the hot flushes but they are nowhere as bad as they used to be. It has also calmed me and increased my general well-being. I do not take any other drugs.
