Smooth surface but sturdy and very light weight at the same time. Very good for yoga and some back & neck exercises!

Can't be faulted. Fantastic. Really helped my back. Only minor quibble is whether it's wide enough. A few extra inches might have made it absolutely perfect.

Not returnable
The product seems ok but the size is not ideal for me. Too narrow for body/back workout and too thick for leg/arm massage. Wanted to return the item but Amazon says this item is not eligible.

Perfect for stiff joints!
Inexpensive item, great to get rid of muscle tightness and knots. If you haven't used one before, be prepared to be in pain the first time. Regular use recommended.

A little large and very hard
Bought this as a roll for my back and leg exercises. I find the diameter a little too large and the surface really hard. Getting used to it but suggest use with caution in the beginning. AFG
