Not sturdy
Wobbles and makes lots of noise. I believe the front and back end is to narrow to support the steadiness. Also m and my husband get on it and it lifts the end up even when standing straight. I am 180 and he is 225. I’d say it doesn’t support our weight if this is the case

Excellent customer service
The first unit that was delivered to me turned out to be faulty. I reached out to the company and they promptly replied. After attempting a couple fixes they deemed it defective and they sent a brand new unit. Didn’t have to pack up the old one and send it back or jump through any unnecessary hoops outside of attempting the fixes with the parts they sent. So far the new machine is working great! Will update if that changes. Assembly is very easy. Not including unpacking it took about 20 min to assemble by myself. The hardware is separated by steps and are easily understood.

Works well
This would have a 5 star review except one of the parts on the handle bar is cracked. I didn't notice it right away, and it does not hinder the use of the machine.It is fairly quiet, and certainly does the job. Assembly was ok, I did it by myself so a bit heavy but worth the exercise.This gets used everyday, and has held up very well to abuse. I have drug it all around my house and moves super easy.

Squeaky!!!! And keeps getting loose
This elliptical was easy to assemble. I followed the video instructions exactly.However it keeps getting loose. No matter what I do. I’ve had my strongest friend tighten the bolts. They still get loose after I use it. Therefore it’s useless to me

Defected
The elliptical had a piece that is defected. When you get in the machine it is wobbly; however, I am still able to complete my workout. I would recommend if you are short on cash and need something until you can upgrade.

Creeky and wobbly. Not worth the money.
You've been warned, invest in a better quality eliptical if you need one. Functions, but not very well.

Great purchase
The media could not be loaded. I honestly saw a lot of negative reviews, which made me skeptical of buying at first but I thought the building process was actually pretty easy, took me and my boyfriend, maybe an hour to put it together and moves very smoothly You’ll definitely get a work out from it.
