A great alternative to GP medication
A much better choice than antidepressants. With these supplements you are only giving your body a substance that it will turn into the biochemicals that we need to improve the depression. However still treat it with respect.

I am really impressed with these tablets. I noticed from the first day of using them that I had far more energy than normal and didn't feel so tired and lethargic. After a week or two I realised that I also wasn't getting my usual mood swings and that I felt much happier in myself and my mood was much more consistent. Because I feel less tired, I am more able to do things and I think the increase in energy has also helped lift my mood and made me feel more positive. I have read that 5 HTP helps with sleep but, so far, my sleep has been no different. I am a terrible insomniac and also take hours to get to sleep too. Although not helping with my sleep, the fact that I feel less tired when taking these tablets, is a real Godsend. I am a very happy customer.

Excellent Product. I have tried different brands of 5HTP over the years but this brand has something amazing about it. I have suffered with chronic pain and fibromyalgia for 2 years, along with depression and sadness. AFTER 1 WEEK on these and I HAVE NO PAIN, NONE AT ALL, THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE, STILL CANNOT BELIEVE I AM PAIN FREE. TRULY INCREDIBLE.
