This item is as advertised, but it arrived without one of two screws that support the paper holder and the little basket on top, thus making it unstable. When I tried to get support through the Amazon Website, I found out that this product is “not eligible for product support.” I will cancel other items from MetroDecor that I ordered.Without a second screw, the item is unstable and wobbly.In regards to the base, it would benefit from a third leg for stability which can be compensated if a heavy small item is placed under the roll of paper. Too bad, this could have been super useful and well done.

Finally able to enjoy my lunch like a dignified human being for a change. Would give it 6 stars if I could, just based on that. Hoping a future incarnation will include a drink holder, and/or foot rest.

exactly what I needed, however it came missing one of the two screws ( in the second photo I am pointing to the part that the second screw would go ). still, I am giving 4 stars because as long as the other screw stays put, it functions as if both screws were there.... appearance would look better with second screw, but definitely not a deal breaker . I use the phone holder part for the Flushable clensing cloths which works wonderfully. I will need to buy a set of rubber “bumpers” for the bottom since the metal sliding on the tile on my bathroom floor is going to damage either my floor, the item itself, or both.One last note, this item could be improved if the toilet paper holder itself was about 3-6” higher then it is.

There really isn't much to say since this is a toilet paper holder but I will say that this is a great addition to have in your bathroom. It holds two standard size rolls and one in the main roller. I got this for the little storage bin on the top to hold your phone, wipes or even a box of tissues. It's not too tall, which I like since it provides stability. I did have an issue where one of the screws was missing from the bottom so it wasn't steady. I contacted amazon and got a replacement with both screws so now I'm happy. Overall, I recommend this.

Love this product, I just wish it held 3 to 4 toilet papers without the top part. But it helps my children to keep bathroom organized with wipes and easy to instal. Will buy one for every bathroom.

Handy, lightweight stand for a small bathroom, but even with two rolls of paper stored in the bottom, the stand seems to be fairly unstable/tippy. This is probably because it has three legs rather than four. The rack on top isn't quite large enough for a paperback book to nest inside, but it could rest on top alright. It is large enough to hold a small to medium sized smartphone. Assembly is very easy. Packaging seemed a bit overkill, but I suppose I would rather have a bit more plastic wrap than a scratched or chaffed finish.

I really like the quality of the product. I put ceramic vase/utensil holder the color of my bath to help with the weight and hide most of the TP. All holders like this are light weight and topple easy. I checked them out at lots of stores. I bought this for the shelf. Design wise... I think the shelf and the dispenser should be switched. The TP is a bit low to what I am used to, but all and all I Love it. Recommend buying. I could not find one in a brick and mortar store with a shelf.

This is a very nice TP holder. It holds 2 rolls on the bottom and one on the roll. The tray for the phone holds the larger phones.However when I rolling TP, it sometimes tips. I have it backed up to a wall to avoid the tipping. I think if the bottom were a little heavier, it would be perfect.

I have no idea why this review bit suggests I would want to rate or mention softness .....for a metal toilet roll holder, but anyways I digress.This looks good, stores extra rolls alongside the one you're using and the holder at the top is useful. Is it easy to assemble? Yes. Is it durable and sturdy? That's debatable.I've had this for a few weeks now. It still looks good and I'm still using it, but could it be better, resounding yes.So what's the problem?Firstly, its not that stable. It stands up and its not going to fall over of its own accord, but as it is so light weight it wobbles everytime you pull the toilet roll. I generally have to hold it, or perform the 'magicians cloth off a table quick tug' to get some loo roll - with about 60% success rate of it not toppling.This also leads to the second issue. It arrives as two parts, with a top section that fits into the bottom and is secured with two metal nut things similar looking to those caps used on the air filling holes of car tyres. Now evertime the stand wobbles, these caps loosen and I've now lost count of the many times I've had to search the floor to find them as they have worked themselves so loose that they fall off. I will glue them into place one of these days!Overall it works and it fits into a bathroom where the toilet placement doesn't allow for a fixed holder. Its not so awful that I would throw it away or replace at the moment, but it definitely has annoying niggles.

Fast delivery,Really handy to put your phone or book down when you have those long moments in the bathroom. Differently measure it, i was kind of shock of its size but i didn't measure it so that's all on me.

I didn't want to be drilling holes into my new bathroom so decided on this freestanding style, great value for money, superfast delivery, very easy to assemble, literally 2 screws, and very sturdy! I think it's great!

It's a bit shorter than I expected. When I sit on the loo the handle that holds the toilet roll doesn't really reach me. I have to bend down to get it, so it's a bit awkward, especially in a small bathroom. I'd like to note that I'm exactly 5 feet, so I'm not especially tall either. Either way, for the price you pay I still think this is good value.

At first really loved this product looked well made after having for just a couple of months has gone really rusty and deteriorated very disappointed as it is a bathroom product I would expect it to be able to be in a moist environment
