I use these instead of chocolate chips in my family's favorite cookies. They have a wonderful dark chocolate flavor, and, best of all, they remain soft even after the cookies are completely cooled. Perfect!

These chocolate discs melt to make a puddle of the most perfect dark chocolate I’ve ever tasted! With just a hint of sweetness I’ve never used a better balanced chocolate disc! Highly recommended!

Not your ordinary chocolate chips
