Husband walked the Camino last year, 500miles, used this and seriously not one blister.

Moisturises and minimises friction
This cream was prescribed by the German technician making my insoles.He told me not to buy a deer cream from any other maker. According to him this is the only one that helps your feet slide a little even when wearing socks and trainers. And this is true and some help. The smell ,as expected,isn’t great but it does what I bought it for.
