I like it!
Took it sublingual for 4 months and didn't notice anything. I then got the crazy idea to start snorting the dose through a straw for a more dirct root to the blood and noticed its affect after 3 weeks. I'm not gonna lie; it sometimes burns like Heck and doesn't taste very good, but my stuborn shoulder injury finally healed itself, my varicose/spider veins are starting to disappear, and I'm actually starting to see things better up close again. The only bad thing is that the stuff also made me want to eat more (a lot more), but I've also 5 lbs over the past 3 weeks.

This is the most powerful supplement I have ever taken. Like human growth hormone but safe. My lung injury is healing and I will soon be off of oxygen . I am growing muscles in my legs and arms and recovering the lost muscle tone of my youth ( I am 58). Hard to say enough good things about this product.

NMN seems like a worthy supplement to try. I decided to try with NMN because I tried Tru Niagen and had an adverse reaction. Well, this product was supposed to come with a scoop, so one could measure the right amount, but no scoop anywhere. So I decided to try 1/8th tsp. Oh boy. My blood pressure suddenly jumped up to 160/100 and my pulse went to 121. I felt like I was having an adrenal rush. I took a folate supplement (5 MTHR) and TMG to calm things down, and my BP went down, but for some reason my pulse has been rushing all day. Other than that, I noticed that my vision was sharper. My Mom took the same dose and had no reaction at all. I'm disappointed so far. Maybe if they sent me a scoop so I could measure the dose correctly.

Good NMN
I definitely feel the effects. I cant be certain, but it seems like taking this sublingually is giving me more benefit than taking the same amount of nicotinamide riboside in pill form.
