When my 4.5 year old outgrew his toddler bath toys, I ordered this set and it has been a success. He loves playing around in his own bath lab and invents new settings every day. Initially the product arrived with a couple of the connectors missing. I didn't want to return it, as my kid was already obsessed with it, so I wrote directly to the company. I got an email the next morning asking for my address and a few days later got the missing parts with some extra small gifts. I was very pleased and impressed by the excellent service and quick response. Highly recommend this product.

Daughter loves it and its good quality. However, our first set was missing parts. When we requested a replacement, the new set also came missing the same parts. It's missing the small little connector tubes so you can't make many of the designs shown on the design card. Description and box both say it comes with 5 connectors, but both sets we had only came with 3. Very disappointed. I want to return both sets but not sure if I should order again? No one to talk to with about options? We want the complete set.

There were several missing pieces to this toy so I made a return and the replacement also had missing pieces. My grandson likes it so we are keeping it and making it work

UPDATED: Increased my rating because the seller reached out and shipped me replacement parts.I ordered this for a Christmas present. My kid figured out within seconds that it was missing some of the tubes and the little inspiration card. I initiated a replacement, but the new one was missing different items, this time a different tube. Only keeping it because my kid likes it. Would not buy again.

Great quality! A lot of fun for kids in the bath! We also bought color changing water tabs !

The set was missing connector pieces. Both the listing and box are incorrect on the number of pieces which limit how the system can be built and played with.

My kids love playing with this in the tub! Was packed really well- would buy more from this company!

The box says it comes with 5 connectors.. there were only 3. My kiddo still had fun, but it would definitely work better with all of them.
