This Reebok CrossFit Nano training shoe is flexible, cushioned, and responsive. The Aeroweave upper is breathable. A multi-surface outsole adds targeted traction and durability. The heel counter provides a locked-in feel. Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes.

Excellent!
This shoe is excellent for cross fit. The bottoms of my feet would hurt when using regular running or stability shoes. This gives me the flexibility for movement and the solid foundation for weight lifting. I will definitely be ordering more of these shoes in the future. The price is definitely worth it. If you wear a size and a half I would go up the next size since this did run ever so slightly small.

First big Crossfit purchase
I normally wear a size 10 and thats what I ordered first and then had to send back for a size 11 as they are very snug around the top of the foot.Ive been paying Crossfit for just over a year now and finally decided that shoes were my next purchase.*side note- these are not fun to run in!!! (nobody told me this and I tried them in a workout and it was awful! - have normal running shoes for workouts that involve running!)They are great for squats and deadlifting and all the other fun things in between that we at crossfit do.Honestly, now that I have them though, I find that I like doing as much as I can barefoot as possible as I just find it more comfortable and grounding.I do think that these did help with my form though and if you plan to stay with crossfit then Id get them- you will need a good shoe if you want to continue on your health journey!

Great looking, stable shoe!
I love the look of these shoes, however they are a bit more narrow in the mid-foot and need some breaking in to loosen them up. At first I had to loosen the ties quite a bit to keep my toes from going numb. Once broken in, they were comfortable. I wear these for stability crossfit activities as they are quite stiff, and have lifted in them when I forgot my lifters, but would not recommend for any quick mobility activities like running.

It s very comfortable and strong
This is my first rebook crossfit shoe. It s very comfortable and strong. I do crossfit and used to wear a Nike Metcon which I was very happy with. My husband gave me this rebook for my birthday and I feel it is stronger and give me more stability than the Nike. I recommend this shoe. And particularly this one has beautiful colors. And it s true to size.

Perfect for lifting but recommended size runs small
Very comfortable for lifting, not so much for long runs but not bad for warm up jogs. They look great, I measured my feet before buying to compare it to their chart and buy be recommended size but the shoes were half size too small, keep that in mind when buying.

Uncomfortable at best... do not recomend.
Holy moly. I have worn several iterations of Nanos, and these don't fit anything like any of them. Usually I haven't even needed a break-in period, they fit so well. This time was different. I ordered two sizes -- an 8.5 and a 9 -- and they both feel so tight above the ball of my foot that I would actually worry about breaking a bone if I trained in these. I'm not breaking them in; I'm returning them. I can't believe these are legit Reebok... and if they are, wowza, they dropped the ball on the 7s. Super bummed.

Stand out on your walk
I bought these shoes for a cancer walk for my daughter with stage 4 breast cancer. I ordered Reebok, because of past history; they are light weight, break in easily and are very durable. They are a very good fit for those in the small to medium foot range, like me . I have several pairs that are 10+ years old.

Buy a bigger size
I bought these shoes specifically for Crossfit, and even though the reviews were so varied, I decided to buy them because they were still a lot cheaper than other CrossFit training shoes I have found. The shoes themselves are nice and they seem to be made well, however they were much more narrow than I expected. I don't usually wear a wide shoe and based on the reviews I should have gone up a half size. The length of the shoe is perfect but they are very narrow. They are also pretty stiff and even though I have had them for over a month, I still have not broken them in yet. They have also proven to be very painful when I work out, but that could also be because they aren't broken in. I could have probably dealt with all of these things if I wouldn't have paid $100. If I am going to spend that much on a shoe, it needs to be better than what I ultimately received.
