Handles break off
The concept of this cup is great. I loved using it when I first received it. The construction of the cup needs work. The handle broke off and I had to throw it away. I bought a second one in hopes that it would be better. No, handle broke within a month. I should have read the reviews first as many people made note of the handle. I purchased another self stirring mug that was metal and I have had zero problems. Stay clear of the plastic.

Expensive Cup for a month of use
Do not buy! The first time I changed the batteries out after using every day for a month, it would not work. I thought I just needed to replace the batteries but it obviously was a bit more. Pretty expensive cup for one month of use as I thought about returning but just missed the return window by a week! Go figure

Neat idea but the quality just wasn't there.
I ordered this for my coffee at work. It worked. It simply didn't last. Before it was a month old, there were small cracks in the plastic. Within two months, it had completely fallen apart. Believe it or not, the batteries actually lasted longer than the mug did.

I initially loved it, but . . .
I've had the cup for five months, and the first few months I absolutely loved it. But within the last month or so, liquid has been leaking into the battery compartment, affecting battery life. Disappointed, because it worked so well initially.
