Rocialle Sterile Supersnip Scissors Blunt/Blunt - Blue - Pack of 20

I was delighted to find these on Amazon. Scissors are an essential part of the 'tools of my trade' - I don't want an expensive pair of surgical steel ones for work because I never manage to keep a pair for more than five minutes before they've walked, so I've been using scissors like these for years, usually 'rescued' from a dressing/minor ops pack. Everybody grabs these because they're good little snips - with all the cutbacks, even finding a decent dressing pack is getting harder, let alone pinching the scissors afterwards.They're described as disposable, but that's only because they're inexpensive. If I manage to hold on to a pair, they last for months. I use these daily at work, and at home for light use, because they're sharp, don't fall apart, last for ages and will fit unobtrusively in a pocket.They're 5" long, the cutting blades are stainless steel, just under 2" and the tang is solidly fixed into the plastic handles. Finger holes are designed to allow two adult fingers and thumb - these aren't kid's scissors. These are bull nosed, so won't poke holes into pockets and don't need a protective tip.This boxed pack of fifteen, each in its own sterilised pouch are exactly the quality of the NHS ones. These are going in my sock drawer and will keep me going for a long time, even at the standard 'disappearance' rate.

I have used these before so knew what to expect. I prefer the blunt/sharp to the blunt/blunt but these are good for first aid kits.

Good value and super sharp!

I like to keep a small pair of scissors in my pocket on shift and these do the job, rounded edge is great as they won't poke holes in my uniform.

Useful to keep as you never know when you will need clean scissors
