I use coconut oil for oral hygiene. It stops me getting reoccurring mouth ulcers, that antibiotics couldnt touch, as soon as i stop using they come back. Cant really comment on whitening but it certainly makes your teeth feel cleaner. Would highly recommend this product .

HONESTLY, IT HAS HELPED ME QUITE ABIT WITH THE PAIN. NOT SURE IF I JUST THINK THAT BECAUSE IM USING THE OIL PULLING BUT I THINK THIS DID HELP.
