Was looking to get this ready for a birthday party will be doing this year. It comes with all the parts you need to string up the banner and will make a great addition to the rest of the decorations I am getting. Overall great item and great price.

This is ideal for my Husbands birthday as I'm doing a Vegas theme with various casino games so these are the perfect decorations.They fit the theme well and I love the different banner styles, especially the Happy Birthday playing card banner.You do have to thread these yourself but they come with a plastic needle to help you do this which is useful and does make it easier to get the string through the holes.Great looking and ideal for a Vegas or Casino themed party, recommended.
