Quality and customer service
This rob is beautiful and it is everything I expected from a British product. It is a luxurious quality, soft as a butter and it fits beautifully. It is a great investment and worth every penny. It was neatly packaged, although it arrived later than promised but the seller promptly refunded the shipping charges. I bought this rob for my mother who was going for a major surgery and it gave her soothing comfort when she putted it on after surgery. Thank you very much for a a wonderful product and service!
