Sojourn Volume Shampoo 10.1oz Thicker Fuller Hair

I've used Sojourn volume shampoo for years and began ordering online when my salon stopped selling it. Excellent shampoo for fine hair that can't hold up with conditioner. If you want a big sudsing shampoo, you will not like this product. It is a botanical shampoo and low sudsing, no high sudsing chemicals added, but it still cleans well and works well with color treated fine hair.

Not only does this leave my hair wonderfully bouncy when it's normally quite flat, but it also has one of the greatest smells for Shampoos that I've ever experienced. I wash my hair every third day, and it stays nice and full of body until the very moment that I wash it again!

Have used this shampoo for years, it is incredible (for fine hair especially). Free of most harmful chemicals, so it doesn't damage or dry out your hair, it also provides a little volume (I have short hair). This shampoo used to have a slight wonderful fresh fragrance, but the last bottle has no scent at all, and that is something I truly miss (hence 4 stars, instead of 5). Perhaps the manufacturer is trying to make their product even healthier, but I never had a problem and loved the slight scent, even used as body wash. Hope they can find a way to reintroduce the fragrance.

I bought this because it got rave reviews on a show I was watching. It does not work on my hair. I am allergic to sulfates but I guess it's sulfates that gets the hair clean. I think I have used everything I can find and they all leave my hair looking dirty and greasy when done. This one made my hair feel sticky and also it could not have been flatter. I looked worse after it was washed than before. It had no body at all besides looking filthy. It might be great for some people but not for me. I guess it's back to the baby shampoo that doesn't do great but better than this. I can't believe I paid so much for shampoo and it doesn't work at all. I rinsed it and rinsed it more but it didn't matter.

This is one of the Best volume shampoos out there. It is very hydrating and I highly recommend it for any type of hair , but need to be careful if you have a finer of thinning hair because it can be too strong if combined with the conditioner.

I originally got this from the place I get my hair done. I really like the way it works for my hair. Unfortunately the plaace I get my hair done is almost a 2 hr drive. So I went hunting for it on the internet. I found it a little cheaper here! Thanks.

Because I have fine, soft hair I try to avoid using conditioners on a regular basis. This shampoo does not leave me with dry, lifeless hair. It is also does not strip hair color. I find it to be an all around great product.

Wow. What the heck was that?!I am beyond disappointed since I have dermatitis and have spent a long time looking for a pH balanced shampoo that would work for me. This one looked perfect on paper; no nasties, no SLS (but the foaming agents used in this are even worse) and the right pH. It could be the fragrance or the pH adjusting agents, but whatever it was, caused the most horrible reaction to my scalp. It exacerbated my dermatitis and it took a long time to clear it. I didn't connect the two at first as I was using another product (a scalp mask) but lo and behold I used it again to get the same reaction!
