Suddenly flavoured and still has some vinegar notes
I have found this with extra-virgin olive oil as my salad dressing doesn’t take away the taste of the vegetables! Most dressing over powers the salad you just made

Broken cap
The seasoned vinegar product was OK I think although it was darker than what I had on hand from the same manufacturer. The problem was that, like a number of other buyers have found, the cap was broken and vinegar was spilled onto other mail. I didn't lose much vinegar but it was just dumb luck that I didn't.The cap needs to be better protected when buying from Amazon.
