Love this air purifier, I have a larger home so it works perfectly for the entire house

Unsure how well it’s working. So far not impressed.

I bought this item because the carbon dioxide in my house was a little high. It helps some with the carbon dioxide. It also made the house smell a lot fresher. Well worth the price.

Dubious Claims This has been running for a while in a large area (20×50) kitchen/family room. We have three dogs that are active and three adults who cook. So far, this air cleaner has not been sensing much or increasing fan speed to address increases in kitchen cooking byproducts (i.e., smoke). I'll let it do it's thing for a couple more days before I pass judgment. I dusted a section of a table that is notorious for collecting dust to see if it's diminished. If not, it's getting sent back as another gimmick.

I have a problem with second hand smoke in my apartment. The air quality is much better. I’ve had other air purifiers and this one takes care of the problem right away. It’s nobly noisy when it changes what it has to do and that’s just for a few seconds

I own several pets. Along with pets come odors. Having hardwood floors is nice and all, but pet odors can sure be stubborn to remove from them. Enzymatic cleaners work great, but they are not the end-all-be-all. It is for this reason that air purifiers are almost necessary when you own a pet. Based on my use so far, I can confirm that the Nuwave Oxypure is indeed a very effective and efficient air purifier. The advanced five-stage filter technology is the star of the show here. This air purifier produces a steady supply of clean, breathable air, and leaves my home smelling fresh. What more could you ask for? The Oxypure is very well-built. Each function is streamlined, from the controls to the automated nature of the operation, and this air purifier so so easy to use as a result. The control panel is located on the top of the unit, making it convenient to access. The buttons and indicators are very clearly laid out and tell you everything you need to know in real time. The control panel easily allows you to turn the unit on or off, and also allows you to quickly choose your cleaning mode. These modes include automatic, ultimate clean, and turbo mode. I tend to run the air purifier in auto clean mode. If the air quality decreases, the Oxypure will automatically increase its fan speed to compensate. By utilizing the control panel, you can also manually choose from a total six fan speeds. There is also a timer button built into the control panel, which allows you to set an automatic timer for up to twelve hours. Lastly, the built-in air quality and odor indicators tell you everything you need to know about the air you breathe. All of these functions can be accessed by using the companion app as well, which is certainly a handy feature. Getting back to the five-stage filtration system, it truly is one of the most well-designed filtration systems I have ever seen. Each of the layered filters are easily accessible through a magnetic cover in back of the unit. Each filter is clearly labeled, and three out of the four filters can be removed and cleaned for years to come. The first layer of the filter system is the stainless steel pre-filter. This layer is designed to capture large particulates, thus extending the life of the primary filter. The second layered filter is what Nuwave is calling the Bio-guard filter. This filter is designed to capture and eliminate airborne viruses. The third layered filter is the ozone filter, which works to remove ozone from the air. The fourth and final layered filter is a dual Hepa and Carbon filter. This filter is responsible for removing many of the common pollutants and odors you will find in a home. This is the only filter that will require replacement, usually every 6 months or so. Yes, this is a large unit, but this is integral in housing the advanced filter. The air purifier is conveniently placed on caster wheels, which makes it very easy to move around. Despite its large stature, it is actually quite light, and I have no troubles moving it from room to room. The Oxypure’s sleek aesthetics allow it to naturally blend in, which is excellent. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with how well the Nuwave Oxypure air purifier has performed for me. The state of the art five-stage filter system effectively traps and eliminates pet dander and odors, making the air in my home clean and easy to breathe. Thanks to the Oxypure, I can now rest easy knowing that the air my family and I are breathing is clean and safe, and this fact alone makes this air purifier worth every penny. I would highly recommend the Oxypure.
