I have been a regular buyer of this brand for several months, but I am extremely disappointed with the way things are going. The quality of the products has been steadily deteriorating, which is already frustrating for loyal customers. What makes it worse is the pricing strategy during sales. Instead of giving genuine discounts, the prices are first inflated, which means the benefit goes to the seller, not the buyer. On top of that, the GST benefit is not being passed on to customers, which clearly shows the brand is more focused on profits than on honesty or customer satisfaction. If a brand is not transparent with its pricing and refuses to maintain product quality, how can buyers trust the genuineness of its products? Sadly, this shows the company is money-minded and not customer-friendly. Because of this, I have decided to stop buying from this brand and move on to more honest alternatives.
