I love this product! It actually works like it suggests! We have 3 cats, one being a Maine coon cat so it doesn’t work quite as well on him but my other two love it!

I used this product twice and not it won't charge. Very disappointing as I am past my return window. Waste of money. Liked it when it worked

Tried it on three different cats…they all hate the cold steam. The brush itself is ok but not great.

I love the idea of this product, especially with a growing long haired kitten, but my cats were extremely suspicious of the stream of steam. I had to twist my wrist away from them before they’d let me touch them with it and at an angle the steam turned off in seconds. It came back on if I pushed the button again, but then I’d tilt and it would shut off all over again. It’s too bad because this kind of brush works really well picking up their hair, but you can get them without steam for a fraction of the price…so if it’s not steaming what’s the point?

I was hoping that my dog would like this and let me brush her as she does not like to be brushed.

I like this product, to a point.I like the size, and the shape. I like the added element of water, which really does help the hair stick to the brush instead of it going all over the floor. The name of the brush is a little misleading. The brush does not generate actual steam - it generates water vapor (think humidifier vs. tea pot). I like this as well, as I don't have to worry about burning myself or my pet with any heating element or hot water.A couple of potential points of improvement:First, it would be nice if the mist came out of more than one spot. Maybe a couple of spots, one near the top and one near the bottom. It feels like it doesn't distribute as well as it could, if there were more outlets.Second, the "bristles" are not very close together. The open pattern makes it a little more difficult to get as much hair out as you could if the bristles were a little close together, and a tiny bit more flexible.Other than that, this is a nice little quick grooming tool. It is probably not going to pull out massive amounts of hair, unless your pet is actively blowing coat. But it works well for smoothing them out when a quick brush is all you need.
