Pure creatine monohydrate. Mixes well with water/coconut water (haven't tried anything else). Good for recovery & strength. Tasteless but not bitter.

Product is cheap because of its quality..... Not that good.... Lot's of lumps present.... Lumps are not also easily dissolvable..... And the serving size scoop is also not soo relevant... Atleast proper serving size scoop should be provided.

This was the first time where I saw lumps in the pack. There were signs that watwr had penetrated in it. The whole point of investing creatine is with water but if it's already tampered with water the effect will reduce in this case. Really didn't like this time...I hope you compensate for the next time due to such a bad experience

This is very good , it instantly dissolves which ever liquid you put it in , compared to the 100g its miles better .

Another reason for buying the flavoured one would be that it comes with a jar, while this comes with a pouch. Rest, my strength has increased a lot and I mean it's creatine. What else can I say?
