These puzzles are great. They are challenging and fun. This was my third puzzle by this manufacturer and was disappointed to get to the end and was missing a piece. I am an avid puzzler and am very careful with the pieces. I looked everywhere but it was not there. I know I didn't loose it. Hence the 4 stars.After writing an email to the company they say they will refund me. It took a couple of days but they did respond and rectified the issue.

I love these puzzles, they are fun and relaxing. I particularly enjoy the odd shaped pieces. The colors and pictures are spectacular.

Puzzle pieces were challenging to put together but overall quality was excellent. There were a couple of pieces that the picture was coming up on, but it didn't affect the overall quality.However, the sadness when you finish and one piece is missing, so I won't be able to glue it together. I looked in the area I was doing the puzzle as it should have been easy to spot, but I had no luck in finding it. I am unable to say if it was missing from the start or what happened.The map included was also beneficial in giving clues when I was really stuck.

I have bought many wooden jigsaw puzzles, and I am hooked! But I never bought this brand before, and I love it. The puzzle is a thicker wood and easier to handle than the usual wooden puzzles. It stays in place better than other brands. Each piece is a unique shape - animals, sea creatures, plants, people, etc. It comes in a sturdy carrying case with a leather handle. Inside is a burlap drawstring bag with the puzzle pieces in it. There is a poster board thickness over the sturdy case with a color pic of the puzzle itself. I put it together in 2 days - the first day I sorted the pieces by color (about 30 minutes). The next day I put it together - I couldn't stop working on it. Usually it would take me several days. I will put this one together over and over. I plan to buy more of this brand of wooden jigsaw puzzles. E

I absolutely love this Puzzle, the wooden pieces and the design is amazing. The specialized cut out pieces are so adorable. I really love this puzzle.

It was so much fun putting this puzzle together. I will do it again soon.

I was very disappointed with this puzzle. At first the quality seemed good, then I found a piece that refused to fit in it's spot. As I was inspecting the piece, I noticed that a chunk of the wood on the underside had been broken off and glued back together. What kind of company glues a broken piece back together and then sells the item as new!!!! The area where the bad piece belong had 10-12 other pieces that didn't fit quite right. They were tight, sticking up... I won't purchase this brand again.

Gorgeous puzzle. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because a piece of the puzzle was missing.UPDATE: I found the missing piece, always check the box!

It was hard but at the same time funny!
