video is not a representation of the stove

It stated that it would be delivered to a room of choice, the delivery personal were not aware of that. So it was delivered to the garage. The stove stated it was dual fuel, I cannot find any information on the conversion. The metal has very sharp edges, still trying to decide if I am going to get stitches when it stated that it was commercial quality, I am not impressed

My Thor oven broke twice in the first year. I've currently been waiting 11 weeks for the repair.
