SKB3I-2217-8-1602 Mixer Case for Presonus Studio Live 1602

Protects my Presonus 16.0.2 perfectly. It is a well made case, it feels like a real quality case, not cheap plastic and my mixing desk fits in nice and snugly. Because of the angle of the desk, there is some space below the desk in the insert, sufficient to put in my power and firewire cables. Not cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. I love that it has four closures; not just two on the front, but one on each side too. They feel well made and very secure. I am not concerned my desk will get damaged fitted in this case! The only disadvantage is that it needs to be removed from the case for use, unlike some other cases out there. Also, be sure you don't knock the lid whilst putting in your desk, as it will slam shut, potentially on your wrists, which does really hurt (bruised wrists for over a week...)If you are looking for a case for your Presonus 16.0.2, which needs to keep your desk safely padded and dry, then this case definitely fits the bill!

Perfect for our Presonus 16.0.2 mixer. The case is very well made, very solid. It has a latch on each end and two latches in front. There are two places in front where locks can be added for security. The foam holds the mixer snugly, with hand holes on each side for ease in removing it from the case. There is room under the mixer for storing power cables, owner's manual, etc. You won't worry about your mixer when it's in this case.

much better than the older SKB and Gator cases. now its watertight and not metal parts to rust

Excelent for my mixer. It keeps it safe anywhere. The best accesory for mixer, I can transport it everywhere safetly.
