No Fuss! It Just Works.
The REIIE bluetooth adapter does the trick -- no fuss, no headaches, no configuration woes. I plugged it in, and it just works. Sound quality is great, and I'm glad I chose this device over the bluetooth adapters that broadcast to the FM band (which by nature downgrades your audio below CD-quality).We bought a vehicle with bluetooth built in for phone calls, but not for media playing (bizarre!). Enter the REIIE adapter. Fortunately the vehicle has a USB port and RCA jack concealed inside the center armrest column. The adapter went in and is powered by the USB port (and does not require the 12v power adapter, also included). It stays on, and immediately connects to both my and my wife's phones when in range. Media playback is perfect. Most vehicles will have an 3.5mm AUX port on the stereo, which this will work with (cable included). It can be powered by a USB port, or a standard 12v (car cigarette lighter port) using the included adapter -- which nicely also has two additional USB charging slots for your other devices, so that the REIIE does not take up what might be your only power source. The adapter is slightly bigger than I had imagined (4 inches square), but easily concealed within my armrest. Here's the caveat: If you don't have a place to stow it away after hooking it up, it will add some clutter to your vehicle, between the 4-inch unit, the power cable, and the cable to your AUX (or RCA) port. I'm glad I have a place to conceal it, otherwise my OCD personality might look for something else.

Great find - works well, but a little sticky on the Bluetooth Connectivity
I had a powerful old speaker that wasnt bluetooth, so bought this to bring it up to speed and today's tech. It worked well, but I found that once you connected to it and then wanted to switch to another Bluetooth speaker, you had to essentially "forget" this speaker altogether in order for it to stop connecting. You couldnt just say "disconnect" because it keeps reconnecting for whatever reason. Luckily, I don't use the speaker that often, so it's not a big issue. But if this is your primary speaker, be careful, as it's not apt to let go once it's connected. But sound and such is great, no issues.

Good Quality Product
I use it with an older receiver in my garage/shop. Mates with my phone with ease...good range. Hooks to AUX on the receiver. Sees -20 degrees to over 100 degrees in the shop. Still going strong. Happy.

Easy set up. Works great. Came with car adapter instead of wall adapter.
I like it very much so far. I would have given it 5 stars except it didn't come with all the parts that were promised. I opened the box and found that they included a car cigarette lighter adapter. The listing promoted it as a home stereo device so I could not understand why I got a car adapter but no other way to plug it into wall current. I almost sent it back. It came with a USB power cord but I was not sure whether or not it would be safe to plug it into a USB power block that I use with my phone. Looking back at the listing I saw that it was supposed to come with the block adapter. I wasn't sure the one they were supposed to send might be different voltage/amperage whatever. I don't know much about electronics. I didn't want to fry the device. I tried my adapter and it is working. It connected right away and was super easy to set up. Sounds fine. Does exactly what I wanted it to do. Wireless connection to my stereo. My only complaint is the stress caused by not coming with the proper power adapter. Otherwise it would have been five stars.

It Works and it’s easy to set up!
I own a Bose L1 Compact Power Stand that is 16 years old and does not have wireless capability. Doing research on how to resolve this and purchased the REIIE audio Bluetooth receiver. I was so eager to hook it up as soon as it arrived. With crossed fingers I connected it (very easy) and it works! Fingers crossed that it will work for years. Now I can start singing and entertaining residing a local assisted living facility. YAY!!!

inexpensive, decent sounding, bluetooth receiver. Works well
Well, I plugged it in, asked Alexa (amazon echo) to connect, and she did. It plays through a cambridge soundworks speaker system. The sound and music seems the same as a direct connection. I can't tell the difference anyway. The blue ring is a cool techie feature if you like that stuff. Some people say that it aggressively tries to always be connected. Well, I only use it for one thing so that's a good thing for me.Pros: Easy connect, works as advertised, works at at least 20 ft. the longest I've needed it, small and unobtrusive, sounds good.Cons: Not much really. If it's asleep, hasn't been used recently, there's a 1 second delay. So if you say play Beethoven's Fifth. my amazon echo will come back with ---ing Beethoven's Fifth. After that it's fine till I stop using it and come back to it later on.

Bluetooth connection needs to be reconfigured every time
The sound quality is good, no complaints there. The initial bluetooth connection to my computer worked fine and I thought I was going to give it 5 stars. But if I disconnect, I get a "driver error". Every single time. So then I have to completely remove the device from my system and reconnect as if it were the very first time. That gets pretty old.
