We ordered this back in March and for the time we had it it worked really well. It was easy to set up, the directions were easy to understand. It had 2 levels of incline which you had to adjust by switching out the legs. The highest incline really wasn’t all that good. Wish it would have been higher but it was overall still a good machine and the price was good. It was also easy to store when not in use. It had various speeds and you could run on it but not for high impact running. We used it for speed walking. We used it everyday for 30 min in the morning and 30 min in the evening and it worked really well. Sadly we began to have motor issues 4 months after purchase. The motor burned out and after following the instructions on how to trouble shoot with no success we reached out to the company. I am giving this 5 stars because of the customer service. Although we were very disappointed on how quickly the treadmill died being only 4 months old we truly appreciated how quickly customer service for this company helped us and compensated us. They reimbursed us almost the entire amount for the machine and we did not have to send it back. The machine will go to the garbage since it does not work and we don’t. Know how to replace a motor but the fact they were so fast to reply to my email and to rectify the problem was so appreciated. Thank you to the company and their employee Vivian for all their help.

I purchased this walkpad a little over a year ago and I loved it! It required no assembly, suited my needs and was GREAT! Unfortunately one day it stopped working. I contacted customer service and Vivian responded within less than 24 hours. With her help we were able to determine that the motor was defective. Vivian kindly addressed all my questions and concerns very promptly and offered me very generous compensation and I did not have to return the treadmill or replace anything. I will buy another walkpad/treadmill and I plan to buy from WELLFIT again primarily because of Vivian! In this day and age excellent customer service is harder and harder to find but Vivian was wonderful! She is an exceptional customer representative and definitely a keeper! Thank you Vivian for making an unpleasant occurrence endlessly pleasantly! You’re terrific!

Everything as described, overall happy with purchase. I took a star because of the way the belt is fused. (There's a lump in the belt making it harder to run) but the stability so far is great, and the speed is perfect for my needs! Very easy to store, slides right under my bed. It isn't very loud either unless your running full speed. I expected to assemble it, however all I had to do was inspect and oil. Ready to use! I'll update after a few weeks. Hopefully it holds up to everyday wear. EDIT: I was able to use the product twice, works well but I also get a burning smell while running. Requesting a refund.

I bought this in June 2025 and in September 2025 it started having motor issues. I read other reviews and some others were having the same issue. I contacted the seller and they were absolutely wonderful! They responded right away and offered a full refund or a replacement. I love this treadmill so much I opted for a replacement. I’m disappointed the motor went so quickly but I can’t say enough about the seller. They were so responsive and polite. I’m hoping the motor issue is just a one off and there won’t be any issues with the replacement. I give this 5 stars because the treadmill is really great and you can’t beat the customer service. This treadmill is easy to set up and move and to maintain. I love the belt size and the incline. This is a great treadmill.

Updated 7/9/25; original review 02/2025 Sadly, the issue with my treadmill could not be fixed. However, I’m restoring back to 5 stars due to the robust customer service response. Jordan, the customer service manager, worked with me and their technical support team to try and troubleshoot. Though the issue couldn’t be fixed, the company refunded me. There are many really positive reviews, and I think it’s definitely worth the purchase as the overwhelming experience seems to be that this is a reliable treadmill. —— My original review is below. As stated previously, the incline is significantly less than advertised. I’ve been using this treadmill since I bought it in February. It was great for the first month. Now, where the middle support beam is, the machine squeaks EVERY TIME I’ve tried removing the incline stands - still squeaks I’ve kept the belt lubricated, I’ve adjusted the belt to make sure it’s centered It still squeaks and creeks and sounds like it’s going to fall apart. I’m concerned I’ll get injured. I can’t open the website for help, the phone number is an international number for support, and there’s no email address Id love to reinstate my 4/5 stars but this is only a few months old and not used excessively. I’m also significantly under the weight limit so it’s not a “load” issue per se. Ugh. ————————- I waited a couple months after buying this treadmill to really give it time to figure out how I felt about it. 1. This is great for the price you cannot beat it. 2. It’s not noisy. You can definitely hear it, but it’s not disruptive or annoying. I use it while my kids nap and it does not wake them up. 3. The power cord that comes with it is weirdly short, which is limiting the locations within my house that I can use it. It pulls too much power to use a standard extension cord safely so you gotta make sure that there’s a place that’s functional for you to use it in your home. The power cable is about 2 1/2 to 3 feet long. 4. The item says it has a really steep incline option, however, the risers that come with it only lifted up about an inch. I think this part is a bit of false advertising, as I’d like to be able to increase it to a deeper incline as the description suggests. 5. This is incredibly easy to set up. I did it on my own in about 10 minutes without any assistance. Make sure you lubricate the belt as it recommends, you’ll need to lubricate it more frequently. If you use it quite often this seems to resolve any of the overheating issues or noise issues that people suggest. 6. The version that I bought has the handlebar which I find incredibly useful when using the pad over 3.OMPH I can imagine if I did not get the one with the handlebar I would’ve had to return it. 7. Having the remote as well as the controls on the handlebar are incredibly useful and make this much easier to use. 8. You will probably need to adjust the belt to center it, some people have complained about this however tweaking it here and there it seems to be staying centered for me and I use this almost every day for at least 30 minutes. Overall: Highly recommend, giving four stars due to the false advertising on the incline. Otherwise great investment.

Treadmill is fabulous. I lost my connection plug in process of painting and moving. I called Wellfit and the rep, Chris, sent me a new plug….free, within a week after speaking. I am satisfied with their product and customer service!

I recently purchased this after having the walking board break while using another wellfit treadmill (a cheaper lower weighted model). As far as i can tell it may have just been a defective board. The customer service was top notch and fully refunded that treadmill and made recommendations for a treadmill that better fit my size (this one). Im 6 ft 5 inches and ~295 lbs. Although I was under the weight limit of the previous treadmill, it did break which is why it leads me to think it was defective. If it happens again on this model i will update the review but i have no worries that the customer support will take care of it if it does. Ive been using this daily for 3 weeks now and the motor is super quiet and more powerful than the previous model i used from wellfit. Its decently light weight and very easy to setup and use. It has a remote control but i tend to just use the app to keep track of everything. The app is pretty cool, you can just do standard timed walks/runs but also do scenic walks through tourist locations like the Statue of liberty, Eiffel Tower, Piazza del Colosseo and many more. Its also all free with no ads which is great. The incline is just different levels of feat you screw into the bottom but its effective enough and it has plenty of range of speeds to walk or run at.

I wanted a smaller version of a treadmill so started checking around.Nervous about purchasing this product because I had recently ordered another brand and omg it was a piece of junk. It took a while but finally got my money back! But my husband n I need to walk a bit more than we do, so after checking around, Eufy kept coming up with great reviews. And sure enough it is a great treadmill. Runs so smoothly, easy to operate, and can fold away if I want to. However, I just keep it up all the time in our living room because it doesn't take up that much room. Well worth the price. Highly recommend it. Large display and changing speeds is so easy. I do my walking while watching tv and time goes by quickly. Plus well made. Exactly what I was looking for. And well worth what I paid for it.
