The metal shelving unit is sturdy and supportive. It's similar to other metal shelving units I have for growing plants and microgreens. It's a straightforward assembly. The lights seem to be good since my plants are growing well. I love having a timer, too! Makes life easy and simple. It was great that I didn't have cut and fit plastic liners since this unit comes with its own plastic shelf liners - nice! I'm using this unit to grow lettuces, spinach, and herbs for fall and winter use. Easy to snip from the unit to make salads. What makes this unit invaluable is the ability to move it from one location to another if necessary. The wheels are a good quality. I’m really enjoying this addition to my indoor veggie growing.

I've been using plant stands with lights that I attached myself for starting seeds and protecting plants from weather, etc. When I saw this option I quickly ordered it since it does what I've been doing except so much better. From the sturdy construction to the lined shelves and wheels this product is exactly what I have needed for awhile. The lighting appears to be sufficient for my needs and the timer is a must have. I look forward to putting this to full use in Jan as I prepare for the spring growing season.

I got these to use with my plants. It is a basic metal shelf similar to the ones I bought locally for storing goods. The best part of this (and there are a couple) is that the plant pots are steady. There is a thick plastic liner that keeps pots from tipping . . . which is a huge advancement when using pon like I do.The wheels are very convenient and roll easily when intended but not so easily that they roll on their own.Lights are not as nice as I hoped but they do the job. They can be daisy-chained if multiple units are purchased.It is a little shorter than I expected but the adjustable shelves make up for it.

I got this to replace a stand my husband made out of old pallet wood. He had grow lights zip tied to the shelves on that one. this one is much nicer. The metal is a heavy gauge, but it's not so heavy that it makes it hard to move. My husband can't wait to use the UV lights for seedlings. This turns a small, unused space in my home into a large, well designed area. I like this a lot.
