Honda EXCELL XR2500 XR2600 XC2600 EXHA2425 XR2625 Pressure Washer Pump KIT by The ROP Shop

This very reasonably priced pump saved my 20 year old EXCEL 2500 Pressure Washer. Great service and I am very impressed with how well the pump works and how easy it was to install.

Installation was easy and everything lined up good. Have only used it one to power wash my deck and it did a good job. i have more projects later and will give it a thorough test then. So far so good but only time will tell. Better than buying a new power washer especially since the Honda engine runs great. Thank you.

Needed a part for the pump on my older DeVilbliss (sp?) Excell 2500 pressure washer from Home Depot. (No idea how old it is). Couldn't find the part, no longer made I guess. Looked online and through a thread on Reddit, saw this replacement pump. Honda engine is fine, just bad pump, and this is cheaper than a new pressure washer, so, Figured I would give it a try. Pump arrived quickly, and was packed well. Very simple install. (But there are videos of how to do it if needed). Best part is the shaft keystock is included, so that is very helpful. Haven't been able to test it out yet, but very good initial impressions. Will definitely log on and change my review if needed, but if you need a pump (or parts to fix your pump that you can no longer get), this is a great option vs a completely new pressure washer. Update - finally ran the pressure washer with new pump - was great!! Seems to have all the pressure that the pump had when new, and no complaints at all. For having to replace the entire pump just for a faulty part, a bit expensive.... but so much cheaper than a complete new pressure washer! Definitely worth the purchase and happy with it.

I installed this on my Excel 2600 pressure washer which has a 5 hp Honda engine. Absolutely simple installation, including pressure adjustment. I would highly recommend this replacement pump versus buying a new pressure washer once the oil pumps fail But like all Chinese products this has a horrible Manual. For instance, it doesn’t even mention which is up in, which is down on the mounting which is critical. I had to search through some photographs on the site here to verify. It also does not talk about replacing the fitting for the pressure washer hose, which is necessary Oh, and all I highly recommend this pump because it’s much quieter than the original pump I had and small and relatively simple. The importance of this pump would do themselves a tremendous service by spending a couple days working on the Manual. I did try the online manual and it is no better. So same role applies spend some time on that.

It was an easy install & worked perfectly

Pump was an exact fit for my old Excell XR2500. Shaft Key and hose connector made it work the same as original. After first use, I believe it is slightly more powerful than the original pump.

Excellent replacement for my worn and broken pressure pump. It took me about 15 minutes to replace and start using it right away. I have not adjusted the pressure as it was fine for me out of the box. I like that it came with a new suction hose for adding solution as my old one was quite worn and dirty. This pump is actually smaller than the original which makes it quite a bit lighter and easier to move around as well. An excellent value which saved me the cost of purchasing a new pressure washer.

I have a Honda Excell 2600 pressure washer and the water pump busted on me while doing some pressure washing around the house. I ended up taking it apart and tried fixing the situation, but the longer I worked on it the worse the situation got. The screws on these machine are made so you don’t take them off, “I said that to myself”. I was frustrated and was about to through it out because they no longer make the water pump for this model. It was until I found this replacement part and gave it the least chance before going to the garbage. Well thank God and for making me persistent I bought the replacement part and gave it one last try. This part was the perfect fit and easy to install. Thank God I was able to revive this old pressure washer and didn’t have to spend a lot of money on doing it. Thank you for the replacement part I now have what I call a new pressure washing machine. I recommend this if you have a pressure washer that this piece can fit into. Don’t give up in life when things get though get tougher and make it happen. Thank you Nelson
