Decent Scooter to Get Around
Good job done with packing the bike, which came all in "one piece”, no scratches. Package overall quite heavy. Took some time to unpack but the bike came mostly preassembled. Initially, I had issue with the bike, which was not working and I could not figure out what's wrong. Customer service steeped up and provided good support with analyzing what could be the issue. After several back and forth emails with customer service I realized cable was partially cut so bike didn’t work. I was offered replacement cable. Bright front light gives enough light to navigate after dark. Bike seems to be able to withstand a lot. We tried riding the bike with two adults together and there were no issues. Love the shocks installed both in front and rear, they work pretty well my uneven pavement around the house . Would be nice if seat height is adjustable, which is not, but its not deal breaker.

Sturdy and Powerful
The first thing you notice with this is that it is packed so well. Unpacking it takes some time because they care about it getting to you without being damaged. It comes practically assembled. You just have to attach the handlebars, basket, and seat with the real legit tools they send. It charged completely within two hours. The power is quite good but be careful on those brakes they are good brakes like a motorcycle. (Wear your helmet) Overall it's a really great bike. Works well for living in an urban area to just get around and run errands.

Didn't last 1 month!!!!
Let's start with the obvious. First, this e-scooter does not perform at 20 mph, it tops out at 12 to 15 mph. On a full charge I was only able to go approximately 3.8 miles before loss of battery. Now stuck at work having to charge it yet again to get home. Everything that is listed about this product is FALSE. After my purchase, I tried contacting the company about the problems I am having with the scooter, not charging, not able to go more then 4 miles on a FULL charge!!! When asked the Company for help with this defective product, I was giving the run around in circles so that the problem could not be resolved and eventually give up. Buyer be aware of this product as it doesn't live up to any of the advertisements that they claim.....

Good scooter
I had it for a few months it’s reliable for trips around town, if you plan on doing uber or anything like that it isn’t worth it but it’s perfect for 20min rides and less. It gets me around just fine it’s a little noisy but overall a good scooter to start with. It fits in the backseat of a regular car so it’s easy to haul around.

Dependable get around town quick
I liked it was 95% assembled, very well-packed, at a great price. Putting the top screws on the basket was tricky. The holes did not need to be that close to the frame. There's some cheapie wrenches incl. you can use them, but the hex keys are the only decent tools. The wrenches are jank. There's a zip tie to hold the brake light wire. You'll need to cut off the excess after attaching. Handlebars went on in under a minute. Charge it up, take it out and marvel at how I hear nothing riding it. It's whisper quite! No tire noise, no motor hum. The only thing I hear is when you start to go fast, is wind whistle a little from the headlight housing. Absolutely silent running! Brakes are smooth, no grabby, they regen the battery just a little too, but not enough to make much of a difference. Brake light feature taillight, gets brighter on the brakes. The scoot is very easy to ride and very comfy to sit on. It's best fit is for someone under 5'10. I'm 5'11 and a little hunched, knees a little high, but I'm ok. It's about 50 lbs or so. not too hard to carry up and down steps. That's why I got a scooter. It's too hard to get my e bike up and down 15 stairs. I dno't think anyone mentioned, the rear suspension springs can be adjusted for stiffness. Looking down on them, turn the housing counter-clockwise to make them softer, (less threads showing) clockwise to make them stiffer. They are fine as is for 175 lb. Too stiff for me, so I gave them a few turns each side the same time anti-clockwise so only 3 threads were showing above the housing. Make sure each side has the same. If it's too stiff, you'll feel and hear it rebound on bumps and it'll hop in back. What I don't like is that you don't get close to 15miles on a charge, especially with lights on. Maybe 12 if you baby the throttle and coast a lot. Full throttle everywhere, gets you only about 8 miles and the last 2 miles will be weak. Overall I love it!

Fun Scooter with Design Flaw
This a fun little scooter to provide some independence for my 14 year old with special needs. The basket is very convenient. The price is great then there's the cost of shipping which is about the same as the price of the scooter. There is one major design flaw in my opinion. To engage the scooter thee is a key. Unfortunately the placement of the key is a major design flaw. It is located at the bottom in the area where a stand would be. My son tipped the scooter and it fell over bending the key. This has happened more than once. The bent key then makes the scooter no longer operable. Included with the scooter are 2 keys. I had to make a new key. You can't go to Jome Depot, Walmart, or any other place with a key machine or a pwrson to operate the key equipment. I had to go to a specialty key place (thisbkey shop duplicated keys for cars, boats, etc). Otherwise it is a fun little scooter with adequate power. The battery life is short and several times my son has pushed the scooter home.

Great for the price . I rigged some front wheel pegs to make it more chill when riding. Now has someone mistaken it as a Harley because of this peg addition? Id say 98% 99% HECK YES
