Decent rope mat, thinner than expected, but works for now. It doesn't slide all over the place so two thumbs up!

This is definitely a useful item. I use it for indoor jump rope, and it helps protect the floor from damage. It slightly changes the feel of your jumps, but not in a bad way. I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a carry bag, which I didn’t expect. The size is also a big plus—it gives me enough space to move forward and backward while exercising.

Works well on hard surfaces. It’s a bit this and moves on carpet. I tried jumping rope with this matt on short carpet and it moves about 6 inches after every 50 jumps or so. I wish the matt was a tad thicker or had a bit more weight to it. It works well on hard surfaces, however, and the carrying case is a nice plus.

The size is perfect and the quality is nice.

Good quality, I like the color and finish. Well sized-Definitely makes jump roping in my apartment quieter. Has a handy carrying bag for storage when I’m not using it.

It slides around a lot which makes it hard to consistently jump rope in place for more than 2-3 minutes. I do use a 1lb rope so maybe that plays a factor.

I bought it for jump roping but also now do mobility workouts on it for the grip. It doesn't slip around and actually anchors to the ground when doing cossack squats and splits! Gonna buy another one to have them side by side!!

This mat and jump rope combo makes for a great workout without having to have some bulky exercise equipment taking up space in the house. Easily rolled up and stored in the closet out of sight.
