So disappointed with this purchase.It’s nothing to what it’s says it is not good quality..It says memory foam and in the pictures looks a lil thicker but when you get the product it’s nothing like what it says on the description.Not worth the money.

The product did not work for our needs but the company has great service and was pleasant to help us. They were fast to reply and aim to please.

I did not like the quality of this product at all. did not feel like i was sleeping on it comfortably, i think i would have done better on a flat floor.

Horrible...We waited for 3 weeks before it was delivered, it looks nothing like the picture, it's thin and small, in no way big enough to be a double and no way thick enough to be a mattress. It's literally just a bit of fabric with elasticated straps on the side to top the mattress you already have. Waste of money and time...

Frankly this is a really poor and shoddy product!The sales photo shows a mattress with a degree of depth (thickness) which should provide some comfortable support as you would expect a mattress to do. The item provided would make a better tablecloth rather than a mattress, it is not fit for purpose, you'd be just as comfortable on a solid wooden floor! A total waste of money! Terrible product quality! Do not buy it. Requested refund just within 10 minutes of arrival. Nothing like you see in the picture or per description!. Never been disappointed so on Amazon.

Very poor quality, this is not a Futon

This is merely a single mattress protector that I could have bought for five pounds in wilko. False advertising here. It is not a double student mattress worth fifty pounds. Very disappointed.
