For a start these are pretty difficult to extract from the packaging.I've tested a few and out of them all, these were the most, awkward.As for the effectiveness, barely noticed a thing.. it's not a good idea to make up for it with a higher dose beyond 2 pills due to a number of reasons so i did not.Worth reading reviews for these types of things with a pinch of salt but these particular ones?.. umm, skip it.

Hard on pills
Does the job within 20/25 mins on an empty stomach with loads of water.Lasts for around 3-4 hours .Unfortunately in my case it gave me a banging headache for most of the day after. Great but get paracetamol for the headache
