These arrived quickly and were well packaged. The tablets come in a resealable grip lock pouch, which is ok, though I prefer bottles. The tablets are the rich, deep green that is expected in a proper spirulina supplement. I have always taken spirulina supplements, because they are full of goodness. Our soil is depleted of nutrients due to thousands of years of farming, so the veg and fruit we have now, have a lower vitamin and mineral content, making it more difficult to get all of the nutrients we need solely from the food we eat. I tend to get low in calcium, potassium and magnesium, if I don't take any dietary supplements. Spirulina tablets provide an extra-healthy "super food" solution to these issues, providing additional vital vitamins, antioxidants and trace minerals our bodies need, making it an excellent all arounder. As an aid to maintaining a healthy mind and body, I take between 4-6 spirulina tablets daily. If I am feeling a bit run down, I increase the dose from 4 to 6 tablets daily, a few taken with each meal.

I train five days a week; I am transitioning to a vegan diet, and spirulina is a staple in my diet. It's packed with protein & antioxidants which prolong the training & help to recover quicker. I was concerned about the location this is grown in but once the product goes through its rigorous testing for heavy metals and purity it's as safe, if not more so, as the others.

Spirulina is not pleasant to take. I tried the actual powder first but was unable to consume it on a daily basis. However, I am now taking the tablets and they are a lot easier to swallow. I have not been on them long enough to see some definite health benefits but am going to continue taking them as I feel quite well. I have no side effects.

A good supplement I take 5 in morning and 5 at night

Seid wir die Spirulina nehmen (schon paar Jahre), sind wir nie erkältet. Unser Abwehrkraft ist stärker geworden. Ich mag die Spirulina von „Healthy Tree Company“, weil sie die 500mg Tabletten haben. Sie sind klein und leicht zu schlucken. Es reicht nicht zu stark. Die Qualität ist auch sehr gut. Ich bin glücklich mit meinem Kauf und werde weiter empfehlen.
